Most people think I’m a runner because this was how my following started on IG. I was doing lots of run races a few years back and my account grew from there.

Life has its ups and downs and so has my run journey. I used to be able to run at 5 min+/km during my fastest days, and I’ve gone down to 8min/km doing run pacing for Shape, and have been yo-yo-ing between 7-8 ever since. 😛

Age is catching up, health isn’t as before, and work has gotten busy. But I guess the downs are just the perfect push to keep reminding myself to work hard, to look ahead, to trust that consistency and resilience is all I need to bring myself back up again.
